4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the respective courier (TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.) for damaged or lost shipments.

5. International Duties and Taxes

For orders outside of Pakistan, the recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes. Items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment in accordance with that nation’s laws.

The KULTURE assumes no responsibility for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer or telecommunication equipment arising from your access to or use of this website.

In no event will The KULTURE, its officers, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event of any problem with this website, your sole remedy is to cease usage. In the event of a problem with a product purchased, your remedy lies with the manufacturer’s warranty or our specific Return and Refund policies.

8. Exchange and Refund Policy

  • Retail Outlets (Pakistan): New, unused, full-price merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase upon presentation of the original receipt.

  • Online Shop: Please refer to our dedicated [Exchange & Return Page] for detailed digital procedures.

  • Sale Items: Merchandise purchased on sale is final and may not be exchanged or returned.

  • Condition: All items must be in sellable condition. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the item is used or the original receipt is missing.
