SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At KULTURE, we are dedicated to bringing the heritage and warmth of Swat to you with care and efficiency. We provide standard delivery to any valid residential or business address within Pakistan. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military restricted areas, or naval ports.

On the international front, we deliver to most countries globally through our logistics partners. While we strive to keep our rates affordable, our primary focus remains getting your handcrafted items to you quickly, promptly, and safely. For a specific list of countries and associated charges, please proceed to the checkout page; charges are calculated based on the total weight and volume of your order. Upon entering your delivery details, our system will automatically calculate the shipping fees for your specific address without requiring prior registration or payment.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 working days upon payment confirmation. This timeframe may vary slightly due to online security checks, shipping restrictions, or payment authorizations.

An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. You may monitor your shipment’s progress at any time via our official tracking portal: kulture.pk/pages/track.

LOCAL DELIVERIES (PAKISTAN)

We offer two primary delivery options for our domestic customers:

• Standard Courier: This service is FREE for all local orders above PKR 3,000. Delivery typically takes approximately 5 working days to reach you from the time of dispatch.

• Flexible Delivery: To serve you better, local deliveries are generally conducted between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM on weekdays and Saturdays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You may track your delivery status using our integrated portal at kulture.pk/pages/track. Please ensure you provide a valid contact number at checkout; in the event that no one is present to receive the package, an additional charge may apply for re-delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For all international shipments, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their overseas affiliates. Rest assured that your piece of Love’s Tradition ! is safely on its way. You may track its international status here: kulture.pk/pages/track.

TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will be responsible for all import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
